A recorded video of preparation and delivery will be provided to the customers. Moreover, customer details are kept confidential and not shared with 3rd parties for any purpose.

4. What is the return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, we must not have provided the video evidence of the delivery of service ordered within 48 hours of the order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
